for you belong to what’s right

Mutts so justly have failed

from the Whites’ fervent dreaming

All the fragments of hounds

cease to move in the night

For why the weak hearts we watch

are foolishly screaming?

And the prophet’s red flair

the calm settling everywhere,

Gave proof through our might

that peace is now here,

Look how those damn dogs have laid their graves

Over the land of the free and the home of the brave
